Jugar significa no querer controlarlo todo, tolerar la incertidumbre y dejarte llevar sin pensar qué ocurrirá después. Jugar es maravilloso, si sabes cómo.
Hoy os dejamos unos cuantos tips para que aprendáis a jugar con vuestros hijos:
1.- No intentes saber cómo terminará el juego o cómo se juega, sé tolerante y no intentes saber que va a pasar.
2.- Deja que todo fluya. El juego libre implica dejar que todo fluya, descubrirás cosas que nunca imaginaste.
3.- No juzgues. Juega sin juzgar, sin dictar qué está bien o está mal, que es correcto o no… simplemente juega. Cuando juegas todo es posible.
4.- Rescata ese niño que llevas dentro, déjale salir. Cuando jugamos intentamos que nuestros hij@s nos entiendan, que jueguen como un adulto. Ell@s no pueden, no tiene registro de adulto, pero tú sí tienes un registro de niño, porque una vez lo fuiste…
5.- Observa como juega tu hij@ e imítale, disfruta con él/ella y de él/ella. Te ayudará a conocerle mejor, fortalecer el vínculo afectivo y a liberarte del estrés acumulado.
6.- Cuando juegues con tu hij@, intenta no hacer nada más. Solo juega exclusivamente con el niñ@.
7.- Crea y cambia de juegos. Los niñ@s cuando un juego ya lo conocen y saben cual es el resultado, cambian rápidamente. Nosotros, los adultos nos aferramos a él “esto ya sé hacerlo”. Cambia, sé creativo, aprende de tus hij@s, ellos están efervescentes de creatividad.
Estimula tu creatividad jugando y esto conlleva estar alerta, despertar los sentidos y las emocions, estar disponible.

1.- Don’t try to know how will finish the game or how you have to play it. Be tolerant and don’t try to know what will happen.
2.- Leave everything flow, you will find out things that you never imagine.
3.- Don’t judge. Play without judge, without saying what is right or wrong. Just play. When you play everything is possible.
4.- Recover your kid. When we play we try that our children understand us, that they play like and adult. They can’t, they haven’t been adults, we have been children.
5.- Look how your children play and imitate them. It helps you to know them better, reinforce your affect and love and be free of stress.
6.- When you play with your children, try not doing anything else. Just play with them.
7.- Create and change plays without think about it.
