My little girl is angry when she leaves school a few days ago. After I have looked her behaviour and what she said, I realize she imitated to a friend of her that she always talk like that.
I don’t want to believe that a child so small can be angry with life, and it isn’s really right. They simply imitate what they look at home or school. I think that we have to take care with our behaviour and words in front of our children.
What attitudes can I teach my children to be happy?
You have to practice them.
1.- PATIENCE: try to put yourself in someone else’s place to be patience with his/her behaviour.
2.- HUMILITY: be prepared to learn of others.
3.- KINDNESS: help others.
4.- HAPPINESS: for what happens to us and the rest of the people.
5.- RESPECT: value yourself and others.
6.- FORGIVENESS: stop to be angry and recover mental peace.
7.- SATISFACTION: appreciate all things we have and we have got. Every challenge children get every day, we should teach to feel satisfacction for it.
8.- GENEROSITY: share with others, doing others feels good without ask them nothing. Children know a lot of this.
9.- HONESTY: say the true and act in a just way. When a child lies many times is because he/she is affraid conseqüences to say true and it will be for all his/her life.
10.- POSSITIVE SPEECH: possitivity is the motor that move everything in a right way. If they believe they can, if they see life in a possitive way, they will be more happy, finding more opportunities and happen them extraordinary things.
11.- GRATITUDE: thank for everything that we feel happy. Every night, my children thank for evertything feels happy them during the day.
12.- RESPONSIBILITY: take responsibility for their acts and be somebody whose count on.
13.- WISHES: have wishes move mountains.
14.- COURAGE: have courage to do right things even it is more difficult or others don’t think the same.
15.- PRINCIPLES: every family have own limits and values, that are important for them and help them to grow.
16.- ALTRUISM: take an interest in others and be confident.
